Je me permets de renouveler mon message avec plus de précisions, car je n'ai jusqu'alors eu aucune réponse
Depuis que j'ai réalisé la MAJ Joomla 3.9, Je n'ai plus accès à la racine de mon site (partie publique) : www.monsite.com.
Par contre, j'ai toujours accès à www.monsite/administrator (en renseignant les identifiants) et à partir de là au rendu de mon site
Je développe un site qui n'est pas encore en ligne.
Jusqu'alors quand je me connectais sur www.monsite.com, de n'importe où, j'avais ma page "Site en construction qui apparaissait" et maintenant, j'ai un message d'erreur, différent selon les navigateurs mais en gros, trop de redirections,
INET_E_REDIRECT_FAILED,
the page isn't redirecting properly (pb de cookies ???). Erreur 303
La mise à jour de joomla 3.9 s'est passée sans pb. Toutes les extensions sont à jour. Le site est hébergé chez OVH en mutualisé.
La structure des tables de la base de données est à jour.
J'ai désactivé tous les plugins un à un puis réactivé. Rien de mieux.
Tests effectués : supprimer ou renommer .htaccess ... (contenu ci dessous). pas d'effet
